Where are my documents processed?
Processing takes place on servers in Vienna. Documents are not stored permanently and are deleted, with an audit log, after 48 hours at the latest. Optional AI features run exclusively within the EU, via AWS Frankfurt and with no fallback route to the US.
What happens to the key – and what if I lose it?
You receive the mapping from pseudonym to real name as an Excel or JSON file. LitiScan does not keep it permanently. Without the key, the pseudonyms can no longer be restored – not even by us. Keep it as carefully as the case file itself.
Does it work with ChatGPT, Claude or our own language model?
Yes. You use the AI of your choice: directly via EU data centres, by pasting into your own AI tool, or on-premises via an interface to your internal model. In every case, the AI only sees pseudonyms.
Which files can I use?
PDF, Word, Excel, e-mails and plain text. One run processes up to 800 pages or 150 MB.
Does LitiScan really catch every name?
No automated process catches everything. That is why LitiScan works in four layers and shows you every term it finds before anything is sent. You can deselect hits and add your own terms, also permanently as a list. The decision stays with you.
How long am I committed?
Not at all. You subscribe monthly and can cancel monthly. List prices remain unchanged until 30 June 2027. Billing is by SEPA direct debit or bank transfer.
Are there terms for teams or chamber members?
For several users we prepare an individual quote. Members of cooperating chambers and professional associations receive their own terms.
Can I try LitiScan first?
